Ingredients:
- 1 papaya (peeled, seeded, chopped)
- 1 mango (peeled, seeded, chopped)
- 1 to 2 jalapeños (seeded, finely chopped)
- 2 scallions (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons pimientos (canned pimentos, chopped)
Preparation:
In a bowl, toss all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
