Ingredients:

1 pack active dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon salt
5 cups all purpose flour
Cornmeal or flour for dusting the baking board
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons of water

2. Mix together the yeast, sugar, and warm water.
3. Mix together the salt, flour and yeast.
4. Knead the dough.
5. Let the dough rise.
6. Divide the dough into two portions.
7. Form two loaves and slit the tops.
8. Brush loaves with egg wash and place in oven.
9. Bake the bread.
