Definition: Guava is a yellow or pink, round or pear shaped fruit with a thin delicate rind that is grown in the tropics. Guava is rich in vitamins A, B, and C. The fruit can be eaten whole or prepared in a variety of ways, including candies, preserves, jellies, jams, marmalades, and juice.
