  • Pour the strained puree into a regular-sized 12-cup muffin pan, cover with aluminum foil if you like and freeze.

  • If your freezer does not have the space, you can do this in batches. Store the excess in a jug with a lid while one batch freezes

  • If you don't have muffin pans, freeze the puree in containers of your choice.
