Peach Mango Smoothie

When the temperatures climb, cool off with a cold peach and mango smoothie. It's a great way to enjoy local peaches when they are in season.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium mango (peeled, seeded, chopped)
  • 2 small peaches (peeled, seeded, chopped)
  • 1 cup peach or mango nectar
  • 1 lime

Preparation:

  1. Place the mango, peaches, and nectar into a blender.
  2. Slice the lime in half and squeeze the lime juice from both halves into the blender.
  3. Blend all ingredients together until desired smoothness.
  4. Serve immediately or chilled.
Servings: Makes 1 to 2 servings.

Suggested garnishes: peach slice, lime wedge, or curled lime peel.
