According to NCTAD, "It is believed that there are almost 1000 varieties of bananas in the world, subdivided in 50 groups." Perhaps you have seen the small dessert bananas in the grocery store. Some are as small as a finger, some are red, and some taste like pineapple. A delicious way to enjoy these bananas is to saute them in butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. It's that simple.
