Pizza inspired food and snacks appear to be universal fare, even in the Caribbean. If you have a hankering for pizza, but want something different, try my pizza inspired turnovers. They're stuffed with pepperoni, pizza sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Enjoy them as full-size empanadas (about 10 inches) or scale them down to bite-size empanaditas (about 5 inches) for party hors d'oeuvres or game night snacks.
