The winter weather that's been crossing the United States has finally reached my abode. I begin to wonder what to eat on such a chilly day. My mind turns to the array of hearty and satisfying soups of the Caribbean, one in particular, cowheel soup. Yes, it's made with real cow heels. It's one of the most loved soups on the islands. It's hearty and filling. Perfect for a cold windy day, like today. This recipe is comes from guest author, Cynthia Nelson.
