Coquito is a very rich version of spiced, coconut flavored eggnog served by Puerto Ricans during the holiday season. My coquito recipe is egg-free and doesn't require you to crack open a fresh coconut. Trinidad and Tobago's Punch de Creme is another delicious island version, but without the coconut.
