Bread pudding is one of my favorite classic desserts during the holiday season. Every island has a variation of the dessert; this is my bread pudding recipe. The warm scent of raisins and cinnamon will make your house smell wonderful. And it gets bonus points because this sweet treat is an excellent way to use up stale bread before it spoils.
