Latin Caribbean Food has a new addition. I'm pleased to welcome Cynthia Nelson as our contributing writer. She'll write about West Indian Cuisine reflecting the diversity of the Caribbean region. Cynthia has traveled the the Caribbean extensively - tasting, cooking and experiencing West Indian food first hand. She's an experienced food writer, blogs for Tastes Like Home, and her first book, Tastes Like Home My Caribbean Cookbook, is due out in October 2010. Her first recipe here on About.com is Butter Fish in Butter Sauce.
