Easy Mango Puff Pastry Turnovers - Pastelillos de Mangos

My favorite fruit is mango, so I figured why not make a mango turnover? I developed this recipe, based on the traditional guava turnovers served in Puerto Rico. You can enjoy these sweet treats for dessert, an afternoon snack with coffee, or why not enjoy them for breakfast?
