Hi Hector,
How do you make Amarillos in a healthy way? Are they fried or baked? Please let me know.

There is NO WAY you can learn Puerto Rican cooking in four easy steps let alone the cuisine of Cuba & the Dominican Republic, but we hear ya…it isn’t as impossible as we think…but maybe you should say that since it’s the truth.

I know you didn’t mean to discount any of our cuisines, but in the end, the truth will always set you up for success & we want you to be successful.

To learn any cuisine it’s not as difficult as you may think, but it still takes a fair amount of effort, love & dedication. You know? Go with that, Bro.

Amarillos are usually fried, but you can bake them as well. Baking is a healthier option to frying.
