Cuban Food - Country Profile

There are three islands that make up the Latin Caribbean culture: Cuba, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic. Cuba was the first and last Spanish colony in the Caribbean, so it shouldn't be surprising that Cuban food still has strong ties to its Spanish influences.
