If you're tired of the same old fried chicken, bring the flavors of the islands into your kitchen with this recipe for Chicharrones de Pollo, the Dominican version of fried chicken. The chicken is marinated in a lime juice and garlic, coated in seasoned flour, and fried to perfection.
