Cuban Shrimp Soup - Sopa de Camarones

Winter isn't over yet in some parts of the country. I like to keep the cold out with a hot bowl of soup. Cuban Shrimp Soup is a creamy shrimp, corn, and potato soup that really sticks to the ribs. It's so versatile you can serve it as an appetizer or main course for lunch or dinner.
