Classic Mojito Cocktail

mojitoRecently, someone asked me what cocktail would I serve at a Caribbean themed party. Without hesitation, I suggested the classic Mojito. This popular drink is traditional yet fashionable and makes a great drink to serve at theme parties or on hot summer nights.
